All orders are carefully prepared and packed within 1–2 business days.
During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional events, processing may take an additional day. We promise to keep efficiency a priority and ensure that your order is dispatched as quickly as possible.
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after placing your order, followed by a Shipping Confirmation Email once your package is on the way.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled, including our unboxing video requirement for claims involving damage, leakage, or missing items.
Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange if:
Your order arrived damaged, defective, or leaking
You received the wrong product
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
You contact us within 7 days of delivery
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygienic and authenticity reasons.
Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims
To ensure fairness and to verify product condition upon arrival, we require a full, continuous unboxing video for any claim involving:
Damaged items
Leakage or broken bottles
Missing items
Wrong product received
Unboxing Video Requirements
A valid video must:
Start before the package is opened
Show the shipping label clearly
Show the full unboxing process without cuts or edits
Capture the condition of the items inside the box
Clearly show the issue (damage, leakage, wrong item, etc.)
Without the required unboxing video, we cannot approve damage or missing-item claims.
This policy ensures transparency for both the customer and our team and helps us resolve issues fairly and quickly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number
Include the mandatory unboxing video
Add photos if needed
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund, depending on stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
Opened or used perfumes
Items without original packaging
Clearance or discounted items
Gift cards
Products missing the unboxing video requirement when claiming damage
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed if:

The product arrived damaged or defective (with unboxing video proof)
For scent changes, items must be unopened, and shipping charges may apply.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, we cover the return shipping.
If the return is due to customer preference (unopened item), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
